What is an annual inspection and when is my aircraft due?

Part 91 aircraft must receive an annual inspection every 12 calendar months, performed by an FAA-certified A&P with Inspection Authorization (IA) signature. We track your due date and can schedule well in advance so you are never caught grounded or out of compliance.

Yes. Prop Culture Maintenance supports our own training and rental fleet, and also provides maintenance to other aircraft owners across the Tumwater, Olympia, and South Puget Sound area. We welcome owner-flown aircraft of all piston types.
A structured, independent review of the airframe, engine, controls, and maintenance history — including Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletin (SB) compliance — designed to give you clear, factual information before money changes hands.
